Who we are

Yada Beginnings

Founded in 2003, YadaFactor began when Pegi, Debbie, and Cindy formed a small group that dared to share their struggles.  Although already dedicated to learning God’s Word and serving Him, their life circumstances and relationships overshadowed the joy and freedom promised in Christ. What started as a Christian twelve step Bible study eventually transformed into an intimate fellowship based entirely on God’s Word.

OUR VISION

Transforming believers into a listening culture one day and one person at a time.

Meet the Founders

Cindy Chamberland

Cindy is our resident thinker and a forever student of God’s word. Cindy has a doctorate in clinical counseling and a private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has a passion to connect with people and help them find hope and healing. On the weekends Cindy loves to ride motorcycles with her husband of 35 years to see the incredible beauty in God’s natural world. She also enjoys running and hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She has two grown children and six grandchildren.

Debbie Csutoros

Debbie seeks to help others and honor God by “creating connection.”   She discovered late in life that she is an artist, and it is in creating connections to God and the Bible that she feels most passionate.  “If the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word can change and heal me, they can change anyone.”  Licensed in real estate out of high school, she continued her education, graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  She continued to work in real estate and the building industry.  Nine years as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship began her experience and love for the Bible.  Debbie attends Spanish River Church in Boca Raton where she currently serves, connecting others to the YadaFactor mission.  She is married to the love of her life, Steve, for 27 years and they have two wonderful grown daughters.

Pegi Richardson

Because the Living God has radically transformed her life, Pegi desires to see other women’s lives changed and she is committed to giving them tools to do it. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and is a committed Bible student. As a member of Boca Raton Community Church’s World Lead Faculty Team, Pegi traveled to India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, where she taught the YadaFactor Workshop and trained leaders. She also served five years as host home coordinator for Awana and Operation Mobilization missionaries. Pegi and her husband Joel have been married for 37 years and have two grown sons, a teenage daughter, and one grandson. They enjoy family time, travel adventures, and long beach walks. Pegi’s 15 years of experience as an Al-Anon member has greatly influenced the forming of YadaFactor.
